Price for a night with included breakfast:

Single rooms are not offered!

• House 1 (11 beds) - 260 € | 508.52 BGN
• House 2 (15 beds)- 340 € | 664.98 BGN
• Booking of the entire complex, without the lux apartment (22 beds) - 450 € | 880.12 BGN
• Booking of the entire complex (26 beds) – 550 € | 1075.71 BGN

Children of age up to 5 years are accomodated for free if a bed is available. Additional beds are not offered! One baby cot is available.

Booking of the entire complex for two nights – 1050 € | 2053.62 BGN

For every next night - 5% discount from the regular price!

Reservations for renting only one of the houses are made with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Prices for extra services:
• Sauna and Jacuzzi - 50 € | 97.79 BGN per day
• Pool – free for our guests.

The complex reserves the right to change the prices of services.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a reservation you have made, you can do so in one of the following ways:

• In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (does not apply to package and holiday offers) 10 (ten) or more days before the date of accommodation, the client does not owe a penalty.
• In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (does not apply to package and holiday offers) less than 10 (ten) days before the date of accommodation or in case of no-show on the day of accommodation, the client owes a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation paid as a deposit.
